修理に関しまして Repair

REDMOON / PAILOT RIVER / early HOLLYWOOD

製品をはじめ、工房製作製品の修理を承っております。

使いたいけども、壊れてしまっている等、ご相談も承りますので

お気軽にご相談下さいませ。

修理箇所の画像を頂けると、より具体的に修理金額をお調べできます

その際は、メールに画像を添付頂きお送り頂きます。

修理に掛かる費用以外に、製品をお送り頂く送料、弊社よりお送りする

送料はお客様ご負担となります事も何卒ご了承くださいませ。

修理代金は弊社より修理完了後、代引きにてお送りいたしますので

配送業者へお支払い下さいませ、代引き手数料もご負担頂きます。

弊社よりお送りする際の修理代金以外の費用は

送料 + 代引き手数料 = 一律1,000円(税抜)を頂戴しております。

We repair VillageWorks production products including 

REDMOON, PAILOT RIVER,early HOLLYWOOD products.

Please feel free to contact us if you have broken items you want to use.

If you send us images of areas in need of repair, 

we can give you a specific estimate on repair. 

If you are interested in a quote, please email us images as attachments.

Please be aware that you will be responsible for the expenses to 

send the product to us and ship it back from our company in addition to the repair fee.

As for the repair fee, when we receive your product and have an official quote ready, 

we will email you a PayPal invoice, so please make your payment using it.

When we ship the item back to you, the expenses other than repair are the return 

shipping fee to your country as well as the 5% commission fee.
